Phosphora is a character in Kid Icarus: Uprising. She serves as the boss of Chapter 14: Lightning Battle as one of Viridi's commanders of the Forces of Nature. She later seen taking care of Pit's Lightning Chariot during his attack on Palutena's Temple.

She is featured as an Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U. When summoned, she zips across the stage and shoots lightning bolt at the foes of her summoner. She can be attacked and if she is, she will flinch and be unable to attack for a short period of time. She is also featured as a trophy in both version.

- In the English version of the game, Phosphora's name is a reference to the Greek god Phosphorus, whose name means light-bearer. Her Japanese name, Eleka, may be a reference to the Greek mythological figure Electra. Both names are tied to Greek words relating to radiance or light.
- The Phosphora Bow weapon is infused from the scarf worn around Phosphora's neck.
