Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie is a video game for the Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo DS. While the GameCube version of the game is, according to critics, one of the best movie to video game adaptions, the DS version has been said as one of the worst DS games released. It is based on the movie of the same name which was released in 2005.

In the game, you are able to play as a human and as the giant ape as well. Many of the battles featured in the game were featured in the movie, though some are exclusive as well.
