This stage is a transforming stage with 3 parts that go in a cycle after a minute. The stage shifts in a pop-up book style.
The first and starting transformation is Hither Thither Hill. It's fairly simple with a walk-off to the left, a cloud hanging over the left side and a windmill that turns under the player's weight on the elevated right next to a cliff and a pipe. Near the end of the transformation, a giant fan appears causing a wind effect pushing players towards the right. This also causes the windmill to turn and the cloud platform to swing to the right.
The second transformation is the S.S. Flavion. It is somewhat similar to the ship from Rainbow Cruise and the water works like air and does not help in recovery. There are two possible events that change up the stage. The more common is the Giant Blooper. It forms waves in the water that can carry players. The other event is the whale from the original Paper Mario coming from below and spouting its water. This will elevate the ship closer to the Blast Zones
The third transformation is Bowser's Sky Castle. The players fight on Bowser's mouth or the platforms on either side going up and down. The color of Bowser's eyes change signifying what it will do. Red means the head will start spinning and White means the Bowser head will chomp, dealing a decent amount of damage and knockback for those inside his mouth.
