PK Starstorm is a PSI move in EarthBound and Mother 3, and appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Poo learns it towards the end of the game. PSI Starstorm α costs 24 PP and deals from 270 to 450 damage, while PSI Starstorm Ω costs 48 PP and deals from 540 to 900 damage. Kumatora learns PK Starstorm in Chapter 7. It costs 48 PP and deals from 650 to 680 damage.
Super Smash Bros.
Ness and Lucas both use PK Starstorm as their Final Smash, but neither of them actually learns it in their original game. It results in large comets raining from the sky destroying objects and damaging enemies. It is speculated that Poo and Kumatora taught them how to use this attack, as the trophies indicate.
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, the move is changed to be down the center but aimable.
