Nobuo Matsumiya is an associate producer for Nintendo. Initially he worked on the R&D2 department on various projects, but he later went to the Super Mario Club and worked on debug for some games. After that, he became an associate producer in the Nintendo SPD Production Group 3.

In Game & Wario, he assisted on the development of the game "KUNG FU". He has also usually worked on games developed by Good-Feel and Arzest.
