Nintendo Power V151 is the December 2001 issue of Nintendo Power.
This was the last issue to feature the Counselor's Corner column, and as a result, also the last issue to utilize the console color-coding key that had been in use since Volume 32 almost ten years earlier. As a result, this was the only issue in which GameCube games used the color-coding key,
This issue also marked the last appearance of the Game Boy a-Go-Go department, which was replaced by the Title Wave column (which covered GameCube and Game Boy Advance games) the following month.

- The Batman: Vengeance preview erroneously states that the game "signals a return to the first two seasons of the show - prior to the introduction of Robin". The problem with this statement is that Robin actually was already appearing as a recurring character in the first two seasons of Batman: The Animated Series.
