Bowser Jr.
| GWA HA HA HA! That's what the baddie tends to say in every video game. Obviously the coolest quote in video game history. Bowser is the antagonist of the game, and this is visible when he literally roots Peach's Castle out of the ground (ala Paper Mario) and sends her out of the galaxy (ala not Paper Mario). Mario will fight him on multiple occasions in epic battles. But what will become of the damsel in distress. Well, my bet is on death, though who knows? who knows?

Bowser Jr. is Bowser's whinny pathetic son. While he's no where near as grand as the Koopa Kids from the classic side scrollers of old (and most recently Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga), he is still notable in this game. He'll send out menacing looking robots at our plumber, one that is about five times as big as the planet he rests on... Yeah, it's awesome, we know!

| King Kaliente
Megaleg
| Excuse the "Wiitarded" (oh no he didn't) name of this boss. King Kaliente is a boss you don't want to mess with. He resembles an octopus that's just came out of an oven, seeing that his entire body is engulfed in hot flames. Mario will clearly tell you that they're hot if he happens to touch one of the boss's tentacles, where he'll yell "HOT HOT HOT!". The boss will shoot out projectiles through it's Birdo like snout of his, and Mario will play a little game of tennis with him by spinning around, thus sending this projectile back to the sender (Zelda anyone?).
If Playstation 2's Shadow of the Colossus had a robot boss, this behemoth would definitely fit the bill. This towering menace was sent by Bowser Jr. to defeat our plucky plumber, and sends out a hoard of Bullet Bills to do this. However, Mario fights bullets with bullets and sends these bullets toward the sender (Mario tends to use the boss's projectiles against them a lot). Since Bullet Bills travel wherever Mario goes, he'll send them into the brain of the beast, which eventually will kill it.

| Kamella
Tarantox
| Kamella is a Magikoopa who resembles Kamek or Kammy from Yoshi's Island and Paper Mario respectively. However, this boss can turn huge, and, like the aforementioned Magikoopas, can shoot magic out of her wand. I'm sure you've seen this boss at the beginning of the game, where she shoots Mario off of Peach's castle. Well, you'll have to fight that later on...
This guy was first showcased in the E3 2006 demo, and the features are all present. Essentially, what you do is use those sticky launchers to shoot through the bug's, eh, bulbous green things that jut out of its body. This will cause green BLOOD to go everywhere. Do this multiple times to kill it off. Yay!

| Baron Brr
Bouldergeist
| Baron Brr is the boss of the ice world, as his name blatantly implies. Seeing his crown, you can safely assume that he's some sort of king, and, well, fans of the series know that Mario's not frightened of completely killing royalty, seeing that he's done so in almost every game to date. He's been described as an icy ball that launches smaller icy balls towards his opponent - YOU!
Bouldergeist is one of the more menacing bosses in the game, and he appears in the most menacing of places - the GHOSTLY GALAXY! He's a hulking, moving rock mass that attacks Mario in various ways. Mario will be able to ultimately kill the beast by grabbing the tounge (eww) of a Boo Bomb, and swinging it aroud, releasing it at just the right time towards the boss.
