Napalm Man never appeared in any episode, but he appeared in every opening of the show. He is very similar to the original one.

Napalm Man was allegedly one of the reasons Mega Man 5 was never realeased in vietnam. His level is also very similar to vietcong tunnels from the war, and is another possible reason why it was never released there.
