Motoi Okamoto is a former Nintendo EAD planner and programmer. He joined the company in April 1999 and worked on a variety of titles, mostly on scriptwriting and minigame sections in titles like Super Mario 64 DS and Wii Play. He was also part of the team who programmed the JSYSTEM, a middleware game engine used on many GameCube EAD titles.
In May 2008, he left to form Entersphere, his own independent studio, where he has designed games like Army Corps of Hell. He stepped down in 2018 to join another company as a producer.
