Mortal Kombat 4 is a fighting game developed by Eurocom Entertainment Software and published by Midway Games and released in 1998 for the Nintendo 64 and Game Boy Color.

Mortal Kombat 4 is the fourth main installment in the Mortal Kombat franchise, the first to employ 3D graphics instead of the digitized sprites used in previous entries, and the last to be based on an arcade game. Many have also claimed this version to be an arcade perfect port due to having in game FMV endings (with text), and also being the only port with no loading times.
