Missile Kirby

Missile Kirby is one of Kirby's copy ability forms, first introduced in Kirby & the Amazing Mirror. It is mainly obtained from enemies that are missile-shaped, like Bang Bang or fires missiles to attack, like Bombar. Missile Kirby takes the form of a literal pink missile, while not in his missile form Missile Kirby wear a red and yellow cap ressembling the warhead of the missile.

Abilities

In Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, Missile Kirby's main way of dealing damage is to make contact with an enemy. Upon contact with anything, including enemies and terrain, he will explode and deal damage to anything caught up in the explosion. The missile can be detonated manually by pressing the transformation button a second time. Missile Kirby can also destroy metal blocks and open new paths. It cannot be used underwater unless Kirby is already in missile form upon entering into a body of water.

In Kirby Canvas Curse, the missile works in a slightly different way. It can only be guided using rainbow lines and it will not transform Kirby back if he touch an enemy. Instead the enemy will die and the missile will continue to fly until it hits an obstacle. Transforming Kirby back to his regular form mid flight no longer makes him explode.
