Melmetal is a Steel-type Mythical Seventh Generation Pokémon introduced in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!. It is the evolved form of Meltan after being fed 400 Meltan Candy in Pokémon GO. It was officially revealed on October 24, 2018. Melmetal also had a Gigantamax form.

Melmetal is only obtained either by evolving Meltan in Pokémon GO or Special Events. Pokémon Legends: Z-A marked the first time Melmetal is obtainable in the games, at Hyperspace Lumiose.
