Melchior's Hut is a small house where Melchior lives in Chrono Trigger. It is located near a Coast, on the western portion of the Eastern continent of the World Map in 1000 A.D. Heckran Cave is located to the north and Medina is located further east.
History[]
The Village of Magic[]
After visiting Medina, Crono and his party head west to find Melchior's Hut. There they meet Melchior, the swordsmith Crono and Marle met back at the Millennial Fair at Leene Square. He tells them that they can reach the Northwestern continent by going through Heckran Cave.
Tata and the Frog[]
Now on a mission to repair the Masamune after acquiring the broken pieces, Crono and his party return to Melchior's Hut. Melchior explains to them that it can only be repaired using a red mineral called the Dreamstone, but it hasn't been around for many, many years.
The Masamune![]
Upon their arrival at the Hut, Crono presents the red mineral to Melchior. He immediately begins work to repair the Masamune sword. When it's done, they leave and travel back to 600 A.D. to find Frog.
