Masked Muscle made his only appearance in the SNESSuper Punch-Out‼ as the third opponent in the Major Circuit. He appears to be a luchador as well as a boxer.

According to the instruction manuals, it said that he cheats by spitting and was banned for an unknown spitting in wrestling. If he spits at Mac, it will be blurry for a short time and it's easy to avoid the water He can headbutt Mac with a great deal of force. Masked Muscle says "Adios" when he wins by KO or TKO. His sprite was later used for Super Macho Man.
