Masachika Ichimura (born January 28, 1949) is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He was born in Kawagoe, Saitama and studies at Theater Art College in Tokyo after graduating high school. He is best known to the anime and Nintendo fans as the voice of Mewtwo in Pokémon the First Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back and Super Smash Bros. Melee. Ichimura reprised Mewtwo in Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back-Evolution, the CGI remake of the first movie.
