Mario Brothers Rap, also known as Plumbers' Rap, is the theme song that appears at the beginning of every episode of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! It is, like the title suggests, a rap song sung by Mario and Luigi (played respectively by Lou Albano and Danny Wells), set to the franchise's iconic theme music. While the first verse of the song seems to be written as an advertisement for the brothers' plumbing business, the second verse tells the viewers what to expect in the characters' animated adventures.
A shorter version of the song plays right before the animated segment of each episode. This version describes how the Mario Bros. accidentally found their way into the Mushroom Kingdom.

The "main" version of the song reappeared in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, performed by Ali Dee. The movie itself presents the song's first verse as the jingle in the commercial for the Mario Bros.' plumbing service, which is also how the movie introduces the characters. As a promotion for the movie, the commercial was given an early release on Illumination's YouTube channel on Super Bowl Sunday of 2023. The full song is included on the digital release of the movie's soundtrack, but not its physical release. In addition, the movie's first trailer used audio of the opening notes from the original version of the song.
