Marigul Management is a joint company between Nintendo and Recruit established in 1996 to supplement the Nintendo 64's library. The companies established under Marigul would focus on making games while Marigul took care of the financial side of things under the condition that they would have a game out within 5 years. In 2003, Marigul was liquidated and only Noise and Ambrella survived.
