Mad Clown only made his appearance in the SNES version of Super Punch-Out‼ as the third opponent in the World Circuit. He is actually an opera singer who joined the circus after a nervous breakdown.

Mad Clown appears having Bear Hugger's attacks, but a little harder. He has a grinning face. He will jab Mac. After knocking him down twice, his corner man will tell him to start his show. He will ground pound and will knock Mac down with 1 hit. Soon, Mad Clown will toss balls at Mac and he must avoid the balls he sees. Besides, Mad Clown will dance when he wins by TKO. His palette swap is Bear Hugger's.
