The Lustrous Element is a treasure in Pikmin 2 that is actually a golden dollar coin. It is found in the 4th sublevel of the Hole of Heroes, held by the Pileated Snagret. It is the 56th treasure on the List of Pikmin 2 treasures.

- Although Olimar states that the coin's metal (gold) is unknown to Hocotate, the Ship says it is clad in gold after repaying the debt.
- This treasure weighs the same as the Mirrored Element, despite gold weighing more than silver.
