This is the list of best-selling Nintendo Switch video games in millions of copies sold from both physical and digital download sales, as of December 31, 2019. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the system's current best-selling game. The Nintendo Switch system has sold 52.48 million units (combined with Lite sales) worldwide since its launch in March 2017.
