Liko is one of the two main protagonists of Pokémon Horizons: The Series. She owns a mysterious pendant, which was given to her by her grandmother Diana, which was later revealed to be a hibernating Terapagos. Liko attends Indigo Academy and is a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers. Her Pokémon are Meowscarada, Hattrem and Terapagos.

Liko was originally designed by Ken Sugimori before being adapted for the anime by the series' character designers.
Liko's main attire bears a resemblance to Oshawott, with her belt bag resembling Oshawott's scalchop.
Liko's in-game Trainer ID number is 230414, the Japanese air date of The Pendant That Starts It All (Part One) and (Part Two), the first two episodes of Pokémon Horizons: The Series.
