The Liberty Garden is an island that can be found in Pokémon Black and White. The Liberty Pass is required to access the island. The Liberty Garden is the only way to obtain the event Pokémon Victini. The island has a lighthouse on it and it is located off the coast of Castelia City.
Liberty Garden Tower[]
The Liberty Garden Tower appears to be a lighthouse in the middle of the Liberty Garden but is actually where a trainer hid Victini so that its powers could not be used for bad purposes. There are two Team Plasma members in the tower and a policeman near the beginning of the lighthouse that will heal the user's Pokémon to full health.
