Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game[Edit][Talk]
Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game is a 2011 Wii, DS, and 3DS video game from the Lego Pirates of the Caribbean franchise with all the four movies featuring all characters made of Lego. It was released on May 10, 2011 before the movie, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was released.
Players take place in a new location called the Port where this is the main menu. Unlike most Lego games, there's no shop and players have to buy the characters by walking into them and entering codes by entering them at the pause menu. Players then go underwater unlike in most games where they cannot go under water. Jack Sparrow is able to use his compass in the game to find objects. They can collect studs along the way and must be careful that they lose studs if they die. Collecting all of the studs makes them Super Pirates and getting eating by a shark underwater does not make them lose studs. There are many minikits and one of the red hats to collect along the way. Female characters can do double jumps and there are seventy characters.
