Krysta Yang (born May 18, 1984) was the former public relations manager for Nintendo of America. She is also one of the two co-hosts of Nintendo Minute along with Kit Ellis. She left Nintendo as of January 2022.

History[]

Krysta Yang was born in China in 1984. She went to the United States at five years old around the holiday season. There, her parents bought her an NES, and Yang started to play Nintendo games.

She joined Nintendo in 2007, working up the chain in public relations. She was key in starting Nintendo's presence on social media. In 2013, she hosted a series alongside Kit Ellis called Nintendo Minute that aired on a weekly basis. She became Nintendo's Manager of Public Relations in 2016, working with both content creators and making appearances in the mainstream media. She left Nintendo in 2022 to pursue other opportunities.

  • She has never owned an N64 until May 16, 2021 because her friend had one, so she would go over to his house to play N64 games.
