Koopa Legends is a special item in Paper Mario. It is a book with a purple cover and has a purple turtle on the cover. Kolorado owns the book, and Mario must give the book to Koopa Koot to complete one of his favors. He borrows the book by asking Kolorado's wife. She says that the book is strange, showing pictures of Koopa Shells and excercises, and claiming that the reader, who would most likely be a Koopa Troopa, can have a "firmer shell in 30 days". When Mario gives the book to Koopa Koot, he gets rewarded with 1 coin.
