Kirby's Return to Dream Land is a game in the Kirby series recently announced for the Wii. The game will be developed by HAL Laboratory, unlike the previous Kirby game for the Wii, Kirby's Epic Yarn, and will return to the series more traditional gameplay.
Gameplay
The gameplay that can be seen in the initial trailer indicates that the game will play like previous Kirby games, in which Kirby can inhale enemies and copy their abilities. A new feature seen is what seems to be some kind of super abilities. Kirby can be seen wielding a massive sword and sending a huge fire ball across the screen. His inhale ability also seems to have received an upgrade, with Kirby being able to spit out a greater star if he inhales a lot of enemies.
Copy abilities
The game seems to feature a large number of copy abilities. Classic abilities such as Sword and Fire returns and is joined by new ones such as Leaf, Whip and Water ability.
Multiplayer
This game will feature four player drop in multiplayer. Player 1 is Kirby, 2 is Meta Knight, 3 is King Dedede, and four is Spear Waddle Dee. Only Kirby can copy, the others will use a Sword, Hammer, and Spear.
