Katy is a bug-type gym leader of the Cortondo in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. She is the owner of the Patisserie Soapberry, a bakery, and is known as "The Sugarbug". Since her gym is so close to the starting town, Mesagoza, she has the lowest level Pokémon in the Paldea League. After giving the Gym Badge, she also gives the TM021, Pounce.
