Catherine Davis "Kate" Higgins, sometimes known as Kate Davis, (born August 16, 1969), is an American voice actress, singer, and jazz pianist. She is the current voice actress for Pauline (since 2017) and Purah (since 2017). She also voiced Tails from 2010 to 2013.
Outside Nintendo, Higgins is best known for the role of Sakura from the anime series Naruto.
