Kapp'n is a character from the Animal Crossing series. He is a kappa who rows a boat to a special island in the original Animal Crossing, drives the taxi in Animal Crossing: Wild World, and the bus in Animal Crossing: City Folk.
In Wild World he asks the player various questions such as gender and personality, which determine what your character looks like throughout the game.
He may also be seen in The Roost at certain times.
