Iscan is a character in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. He is a warden and a member of the Diamond Clan tasked with taking care of a special Basculegion on the Cobalt Coastlands. He lives by the sea and isn't a fan of Ghost-type Pokémon. In addition, he is in a secret relationship with Palina of the Pearl Clan.
