Irma, also known as I, is a non-playable character in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is a member of Moebius who went undercover in Colony Mu.

As a member of Moebius and Colony Mu's consul, I organized raids against the colony that would unify them without causing their destruction. After the colony's commander died, Fiona begged I to change the way they fought, and so I appointed her commander of the colony. Using her power of illusions, she created the persona of Irma, who became Fiona's lieutenant.
While under the guise of Irma, began to regret her actions as consul. When the Ouroburos exposed her deception, she attempted to get them and Fiona to fight her, shooting Fiona when she refuses to do so. Ouroburos fight and defeat Irma, and as she dies, she tells Fiona that despite her deception their friendship was genuine.
In Fiona's Assention Quest, a box is found buried that contains objects from Irma's time with Fiona.
