International Age Rating Coalition (abbreviated as IARC) is a game ratings organization between a multitude of international companies and rating boards. It simplifies the process so that publishers do not have to submit their game to every rating board in each country. It acts a generic rating that will appear on each game's eShop page. Nintendo started supporting this organization in 2016.

The IARC works with a number of rating authorities around the world. The following is the respective authority and their region. All of these currently can apply for Nintendo eShop releases
