Hitomi Ogawa is an effects designer for Game Freak. She joined the company in 2015 after working on graphic design for various RPGs for the PS3 and PS4 prior.
Her first project at the company was Giga Wrecker, but she later moved to the Pokémon series with Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, where she mas mostly worked on special effects design.
