Heike Kagero is the the second opponent in the World Circuit in the SNES version of Super Punch-Out‼.

Heike made his first appearance in the SNES version of Super Punch-Out‼. He is a Japanese kabuki as well as a standard bishonen who hails from Osaka, Japan. He will do the Mirage Dance to attack Mac. Hhe will also attack by flinging his long hair, throwing three punches consecutively or will punch Mac in the chest. His sprite was used for Dragon Chan in the Major Circuit. He is the youngest opponent in any PO!! game.
When he wins by TKO, he will brush his hair aside and run his glove in front of his neck along with him going "Woooo, hoo, hoo, hoo, hoo, hoooo!". When he wins by time up, he will just brush his hair three times.
