In Dragon Quest VI, a healslime named Healie can join the party as an optional character. In the DS remake, Healie can be found in Clearvale after the Flying Bed is obtained.

Healslimes are first seen wandering in the Brigadoom area. They also appear in the Tower of Trades, when a Restless Armor calls it to battle.

A Healslime is the first boss the player encounters and this particular one is Hale, one of the King of GreenTree's favorite monsters.
