Harold "Hal" Clark, known as Strange Drone before his formal introduction, is a character in Astral Chain. He is a member of Neuron who is never physically seen. Instead, he operates a drone, which he speaks through.

Hal's drone is seen several times before he's formally introduced. The protagonist finds his drone in the Astral Plane twice, having to help repair it both times. After the second time, Hal's voice is recognized by Alicia Lopez, who introduces him to the protagonist.
