H is a character in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is a member of Moebius.

A few days prior to the battle in Alfeto Valley, for unknown reasons- possibly just for her own amusement, H destroyed Colony 8. After doing so, she used some of its residents for her own experiments using a different type of flame clock in her own Colony, made up of hand picked soldiers.
H is present at Origin, during a discussion between all the consuls on the results of the conflict in Alfeto Valley after D and J return to Origin. As O, P and E discuss the recent awakening of Ouroboros, H insists that this means she should be the one to deal with them, only for E to remind her that she already had her fun with her recent destruction of Colony 8, insisting that he be the one to take care of them instead. This discussion is ended by Z interjecting that they are being too noisy, and in the end, K is chosen by N over them both to go deal with the group.
After K's defeat and failure to wipe out Ouroboros in Colony 4, the consuls again meet in Origin. While D is explaining why he had to retreat from his battle Ouroboros in the valley to O and P, H claims he is just making an excuse, to which he asks what she means. Before she can answer, however, J arrives to state he plans to go and deal with the group on his own.
Sometime after the defeat of O and P, she decides to make her move. She discusses her plans to attack the City with Y, who tells her she cannot gain life from them as they are not connected to any Flame Clock. She then tells him she will be using her special Flame Clock and the soldiers connected to it to make it possible. After which she sets a trap at the Cradle Convoy Shelter, planting empty life pods, to attract the attention of the City.
As H predicted, the City, along with Noah and the rest of Ouroboros fall into the trap, and her soldiers ambush them. After Noah and the others defeated the ambushing soldiers, H appeared on the scene, chiding her soldiers for their defeat, and deciding that it was up to her to defeat Noah but is ultimately defeated herself.

- H shares her Moebius model with Consul R, though their personalities and roles differ.
- Once defeated, she does not reappear in the game.
