Guitar Hero: On Tour Decades is a rhythm game released for the Nintendo DS in 2008. It's the follow-up to Guitar Hero: On Tour and it was followed by Guitar Hero: On Tour: Modern Hits. The game was themed around songs for each decade of music. Since it was the second Guitar Hero game for the DS, there was a bundled release with the guitar grip accessory and one with the game only for people who already had On Tour.

Gameplay[]

The game played similar as Guitar Hero: On Tour. The game was played with the book style with the player holding the DS in Guitar Grip. The player strums on the touch screen while the press the fret buttons in the grip. The fret highway is on the top screen. In Guitar Duels, the player can be affected by various items that can require certain touchscreen tasks to complete before they can go back to the songs. In multiplayer, the player can play with players from the other Guitar Hero: On Tour games and can play any song from games being played.
