Guardia Forest is the cluster of trees in front of Guardia Castle in Chrono Trigger. It exists in both 600 A.D. and 1000 A.D.
The Forest is located in the central portion of the Northwestern continent of the World Map. Guardia Castle is located to the north and Truce is located to the east. In 600 A.D., the Cathedral is to the west of the Forest.
History[]
The Queen Returns[]
Crono has to pass through Guardia Forest in order to reach Guardia Castle to investigate the Queen Leene situation and search for Marle.
The Queen is Gone[]
Crono, Marle and Lucca pass through the Forest a couple more times before traveling back to 1000 A.D.
We're Back![]
After successfully rescuing Queen Leene and returning to 1000 A.D., Crono escorts Marle back to Guardia Castle. They travel through Truce and Guardia Forest along the way.
The Trial[]
After destroying the Dragon Tank and escaping the guards at the Castle, Crono, Marle and Lucca are chased into the Forest by some of the guards and the Chancellor. While trying to get away, they find a new Time Gate. Realizing they have no other option, they use the Gate Key and jump through the Gate not knowing where they'll end up.
The Hero Appears[]
Crono and his party pass through Guardia Forest a few times on their trip to get rations to the soldiers at Zenan Bridge.
Locations[]
There are no specific locations within Guardia Forest.
People and Enemies[]
Other than the fact that the Chancellor chases Crono into the Forest after he escapes from the Castle prison in 1000 A.D., there are no important characters in Guardia Forest. The following is a list of enemies the player will encounter.
