God Eater 3 is a hunting action game released for the Nintendo Switch by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The player plays as a God Eater and fights the Aragami in a post apocalyptic world.
Gameplay
The player controls one of the God Eaters, a group of people that can wield God Arcs, massive weapons effective against monsters called the Aragami. They do this by absorbing energy from the monsters to unleash special Burst Arts to deal massive damage. The game in general plays similar to the Monster Hunter series. The god arcs can be customized between 8 melee forms, 4 gun forms and 3 different shields.
The game has companion characters to assist in combat or play with up to 4 players cooperatively. Assault missions can be played up to 8 players. Players can share some skills through the Engage System.
