Giles Goddard is an English video game designer and programmer. He started out in Argonaut Software, where he would move to Japan when he was only eighteen years old and assist Nintendo with some of their video games, including Star Fox and Stunt Race FX.

He would later become a proper Nintendo employee in 1996 (being one of the first "gaijin" members of the company), where he would assist on projects like Super Mario 64 and 1080° Snowboarding (where he also voiced the character Ricky Winterborn).

Goddard left Nintendo and founded Vitei in 2002, where he has worked on some projects for Nintendo like Theta, Steel Diver and Tank Troopers.
