The Gemstar Wife is a treasure in Pikmin 2 that is actually a silver ring with a pink star gem engraved in it. It can be found inside one of the three Fiery Bulblaxes on the 2nd floor of the Cavern of Chaos. It is the 118th treasure on the List of Pikmin 2 treasures in the NTSC version and the 117th in the PAL version.
