Fumie Kittaka is an employee for Game Freak. She joined the company shortly after graduating university as a 2D graphic designer. Since then, she has been working on concept art and character design in the Pokémon series. She has designed aspects of the Ultra Recon Squad and Ultra Megalopolis.
