Frank Jr. is the fifth opponent in Arm Wrestling, and this is his only appearance in any game. His name and appearance are highly reminiscent of Frankenstein's monster.

The player can't wrestle him when the word WAIT! appears. Watch his eyes when he does so. If his eyes moves to his left (your right), he will try to pull his arm down. If it doesn't, he will use use a fire breath attack on the player, which, if not dodged, is an instant loss.
