Toy Field is an unlockable minigame in the Mario Baseball series taking place in an indoor stadium called the Toy Field. This mode is played with up to 4 players with a set amount of turns with the goal of earning the most coins. In this mode, the field is covered with various panels and players at bat have to hit the balls onto high scoring panels. In Superstar Baseball, one player is also the pitcher, but in Super Sluggers, all the other players are fielders with a pitching machine. The rules of the mode depend on which game is being played but, generally home runs are worth a lot of score, but getting strikes or having a fly ball caught lets the other players steal coins from the batter.
