Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth <sup>(JPJapanese: 世界樹の迷宮V 長き神話の果て

Romaji: Sekaiju no Meikyū V: Nagaki Shinwa no Hate

Meaning: Labyrinth of the World Tree V: End of a Long Myth)</sup> is the fifth main entry in the Etrian Odyssey series. It has the biggest changes in that classes are restricted to certain races which also give skills.

The game was received favorable in Japan with Famitsu giving it a 35 (8/9/9/9) out of 40. It sold 92,518 copies on launch week. On Metacritic, Etrian Odyssey V received "generally favorable" reviews holding a metascore of 80/100 based on 34 critic reviews.
