Entei (エンテイ, Entei) is one of the 649 species of Pokémon in the series of the same name. It is a Fire legendary Pokémon that made its first appearance in the second generation games Gold and Silver.

Entei appears in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It shoots a pillar of fire upwards. It is sent out by throwing a Poké Ball, and one of the Pokémon that can come out is Entei, although its appearance is rare.
Trophy descriptions
A Volcano Pokémon. When Entei barks, a volcano erupts, and it's said that a new Entei is born every time a volcano appears. A proverb claims that the warmth of summer is created by Entei racing through the clouds. Entei uses Fire Spin, a flaming vortex that traps and damages foes for multiple turns. - Brawl
