The Electripede is a member of Scarab Beetle Family featured in Hey! Pikmin. It is a unusually long Scarab Beetle that only use its electricity to defend itself.

The Electripede is usually found in dark caves where it creeps on walls and ceiling while generating electricity. It cannot be harmed by anything other than Yellow Pikmin since the electricity will kill any other kind of Pikmin.

It creeps along walls and ceilings in the dark, generating the electricity it uses to zap away threats. If I could get a bunch of these and harness them for a power plant, I'd be richer than the company president.
