Dylan wears an off-white t-shirt with crimson trousers and a off-white and crimson pin-striped cap. He has dark green hair and black eyes.
Biography[]
Dylan lives in Chinatown and has a sometimes brusque manner that conceals a kind heart. He is nutty about toy cars and is a regular customer at Checker's toy shop, though his visits are getting more secretive as he gets older.
