Drill Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily. He was first seen in Mega Man 4 as one of the games 8 Robot Masters.
Strategy
To defeat Drill Man, Mega Man must use the Dive Bomb. Mega Man must avoid the drill bombs dropped by him. So it's a very tough battle.
Other media
Drill Man only appeared in The Big Shake, Showdown At Red Gulch and Master of Disaster in the animated series of Mega Man. He had is own action figure and appears in the intro.
